Shipping

All orders on Bisgaardshoes.com are shipped with GLS. We ship directly from our warehouse in Denmark and depending on your location, the delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days.

All parcels are sent directly to your shipping address. If you'd like your parcel to be delivered to your workplace or to a GLS parcel-shop, please choose the corresponding option during checkout.

All orders with a value above 50,- € include free shipping. All orders under 50,- € carry a shipping fee of 4,99 €.

Why does bisgaardshoes.com not ship to the US/Canada?

Unfortunately, we do not offer overseas shipping at the moment. Shoes for children have to fit perfectly, and that being the case, children's shoes are some of the products that are returned most commonly, when bought online.

Shipping from our base in Denmark and possibly receiving a return from overseas, the costs of shipping would be in no relation to the smaller price of the shoes, and would make any return from outside of Europe too expensive.

Furthermore, the environmental impacts of shipping and returning shoes overseas is too large for us to justify shipping shoes in smaller quantities to the US, Canada, Australia or other nations outside Europe.

Returns

Bisgaard offers 14 days full return, counting from the day you received your order. If you would like to make use of the return, simply fill out the return form that is attached to your order and use the prepaid return label to ship the unwanted products. If you decide to use the prepaid return label a fee of 4,99 € will automatically deducted when you receive your refund.

If you do not want to use the prepaid return label, and instead want to pay for the return postage yourself, that is possible as well. Be sure to send it to the address that can be found on the return form. If you are unsure about the return address, you can contact us per mail or telephone.

All products must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were when receiving the parcel. To secure a full refund, all products must be returned in original packaging. You are responsible for the conditions of the products, while you are in possession of those. Furthermore, you are responsible for any impact on the condition of the goods that are connected to any handling that goes beyond regular trying on that is comparable the fitting in a physical store. Please make sure to attach the return form with any returns.

Refunds

Once we have received the return and confirmed the products’ condition, we will refund you as soon as possible. Please be aware that all refunds are made to the same credit card that was used at purchase.

Claims and complaints

With every product you have a full 24 month right of complaint. Right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about issues or damages to the product that occurred within 24 months of purchase.

The right of complaint does not apply when these issues or damages occur because of wrongful handling, lack of product care or can be described as regular wear and tear. In case you would like to make a complaint, please contact us directly so that we can send you a prepaid return label.

If you decide to return a product, please attach the filled in return form. If you need a new return form, please get in touch.

In case of a claim, you can ask for a replacement of the broken or damaged product. This is under the condition that the claim is justified and that a replacement does not cause disproportionate expenses to Bisgaard.
