Orders and shipping
All orders from bisgaardshoes.com are shipped with GLS or DHL. We ship directly from our warehouse in Denmark. Depending on your location, delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days. All parcels are sent directly to your shipping address. If you'd like your parcel to be delivered to your workplace or ta parcel-shop, please choose the corresponding option during checkout.
Free shipping is applied to all orders over 65 €. Orders under 65 € have a shipping fee of 4.99 €.

Why does bisgaard not ship outside Europe?
At the moment, unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside Europe. Children's shoes are among the products that are most commonly returned when bought online. Compared to the smaller price of the shoes, the cost of shipping back to Denmark from outside Europe for a return would be too expensive.
Moreover, the environmental impact of delivery is too large for us to justify the shipping of smaller quantities to the U.S, Canada, Australia, or other non-European nations.
Bisgaard offers 30 day full returns, starting from the day you received your order. If you would like to send something back, simply fill out the return form attached to your order and use the prepaid return label to ship the unwanted product.
Please note that multiple orders cannot be returned using the return label. One return label must be used per order. For example, if you have ordered two times and want to return both orders, these must be returned separately.
If you use the prepaid return label, an automatic deduction fee of 7.99 € will be applied once you receive your refund.

It is possible that if you do not want to use the prepaid return label, you can instead pay for the return postage yourself. Make sure to send the return to the address found on the return form. If you are unsure about the return address, you can contact us by email or phone.
All products must be returned in the same condition as they were when you received the parcel, including being in the original packaging. While in possession of the product, you are responsible for its condition. You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product caused by overhandling. Make sure to attach the return with any return.
Once we have received the return and confirmed the product's condition, it will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that all refunds are sent to the same card used for purchase.
Claims and complaints
With every product you have a full 2 year right of complaint. This is where you, as a customer, have the right to complain about damages or issues with a product that occurs within 24 months of purchase. The right of complaint does not apply when the issues or damages are because of wrongful handling, lack of product care, or regular wear and tear.
If you would like to make a complaint, please contact us directly, and we can send you a prepaid return label.
If you decide to return a product, please attach a completed return label. If you need a new return label, get in touch with us. In case of a claim, you can request a replacement of the broken or damaged product. This is under the condition that the claim is justified and the replacement product does not incur a disproportionate expense for bisgaard.
Fees in case of a reduction of the product’s value:
Lack of or damaged original packaging - 7 €
Return of used goods - Decrease in value between 30 - 90% (depending on condition)
